Data is not showing correct amount

If you notice some inconsistencies with the data displayed on your website compared to that displayed on Classy's server, please try the following solutions.

1.) Force clear the cache

From your WordPress Admin Dashboard, go to ClassyPress => General Settings => Advanced tab

Please make sure the button is deselected.

  1. Click empty cache.
  2. Click OK
  3. Click Save Changes. 
  4. See the figure below

2.) Disable the cache

  1. Click the checkbox to disable the cache. 
  2. Click Save changes.
  3. See the figure below

3.A) If the issue still persists:

  1. Go to the campaign showing inconsistent data to make sure your campaign has the correct options enabled.
  2. Toggle on/off between: 
    1. Include Donation Totals AND Registration Fees
    2. Include Donation Totals Only
  3. Click "Update" or "Publish" (for new campaigns) at the bottom of the screen
  4. See the screenshot below

3.B) Then

  1. Go back to step 1 above to CLEAR THE CACHE (follow all steps)
  2. Go to step 2 to DISABLE THE CACHE (follow all steps)
